Friendly Staff and Excellent Cleaning Service

During my recent stay, I found the hotel staff to be very friendly and willing to assist with any queries or concerns that I had. The cleaning service was also excellent, with the rooms being cleaned daily. the location of the hotel was ideal, with many local attractions being within walking distance.

One downside to my stay was the lack of amenities in the rooms. There was no internet available in the rooms, and there was no designated parking area for guests.

Hotel staff was very helpful for us especially when we had a problem with our son and needed a doctor asap. The manager of the hotel ran to catch the doctor and called him few times to make sure we'll get the treatment we need. Beside that, we stayed on a large room with 2 bed rooms and actually it was new, nice and clean. Very recommended.

Nothing, everything was great.

Friendly staff, great to find a hotel with a room for 4. Good breakfast, and a very reasonable set menu for evening meals. A short walk from the town centre and lakeside.

The single beds in the room for 4 weren't very comfortable. Finding a parking space is not always easy in this area.

1) Location: closely to the city center and the boat station. 2) A lot of free parking places just in front of the hotel. 3) A nice large appartment (two rooms, kitchen and bathroom) in the house next door that we got at the same price instead of the booked quadruple room. 4) Nice and helpful staff. 5) Cleanliness of the appartment.

Two small disadvantages concerning the bathroom: 1) Temperature of hot water sometimes was occasionally changeable from hot to quite cold and back. 2) There were no device for hanging towels. In addition: there were no air condition in the appartment but it was not necessary.

Conveniently located near convention center and shopping district. Clean room and polite staff.

Room was not in the best shape with old furniture and some minor maintenance issues. not worth the price and would not stay again.

Loved Stesa as a town - beautiful location. Hotel location central & easy access to town and train station. Decent amount of space and room and had its own balcony with lovely view of mountains which was nice. Staff friendly.

The shower was rather small & awkward and had to pay for wifi (5euro for 24hrs was the best deal -- or 2euro for 1hr) - otherwise we had no complaints.

We were lodged in an apartment in the "villa" aside the hotel. The room really confortable and very pretty.Good location near to the centre of the town and the interesting points. Easy car parking

We had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect as we were close to the lake, the train line, and everything in town. We loved the clean and spacious room with a smart bathroom. The hotel staff were accommodating and very helpful, even packing us a sizable take away breakfast for our early departure. The continental breakfast served on-site was a good selection to start our day.

This hotel provided excellent value for money. The prices were reasonable and we felt that we got a lot for what we paid. The attention to detail was noticeable throughout our stay, from the clean and well-maintained rooms with a balcony, to the helpful and friendly staff. The location was fantastic, with the hotel being conveniently situated near the Stresa convention center, the railway station, and the beautiful lake. We particularly enjoyed the stunning views from our room overlooking Stresa and the mountains. The included breakfast was a highlight, with an amazing cappuccino and a variety of tasty options.

All aspects of our stay were satisfactory.

During my stay, I was impressed with the hotel's convenient location close to the convention center, shops, and restaurants. The hotel was situated next to the train line and only a stone's throw away from the lake. The room was cozy and had a modern design; the bathroom was clean and had nice, new equipment. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast buffet was of a high standard. I enjoyed the beautiful views from my balcony and the free Wi-Fi.

The bicycle hire service was overpriced, and some of the guests had issues with a disturbing smell in the bathroom.

This hotel provided great value for money, making it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers like myself. The room was kept clean and I appreciated the attention to detail. The hotel's location, right across the convention center, was extremely convenient for me. Additionally, the staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The basic amenities met my needs perfectly and I especially enjoyed the lovely views of the mountains from my room's balcony. Lastly, the complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations, with an amazing cappuccino to start my day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, leaving no room for improvement.
